Bad Weekend
I ate very good meals this weekend but ate one too many unhealthy snacks in between meals. (A Cinnabon!) That is an old habit that will be HARD to break, it will take time. I am not going to expect change overnight. But I am not going to be too easy on myself either. The weekends are hardest due to easier/more access to junk food.Next week end I will do better.
You know what will get you through it? Your attitude. You are not beating yourself up too much. I know from experience that is the worst thing to do to yourself. That is when I make things worse but I hope to have the same attitude and if I do mess up, I will continue trying to change that very old habit.

Good luck with your new week. Practice makes perfect so if you skip a couple of those unhealthy snacks it just might get easier to do.
Cinabon is such a hard habit to break. I worked there one christmas and i still connect christmas with cinabon, its so hard to pass it up. lol then i look at the price and realize a few minutes of bliss isnt worth 1000 calories and 5 bucks
Ya know I am kinda glad I never got to try one of those. (cinnabon)We used to have one at the mall and by the time I finally decided I wanted to try one, they had closed down. Whew…I am a sucker for a good cinnamon roll. But you are right…our bad habits were not made in a day and so certainly will not be undone in a day…
Just hang in there.
Make sure before the weekend comes around again, you stock the house with lots of fresh fruit for snacking.
