How do you loose 5 lbs in your sleep?
Tell me how - when I weighed last night before I went to bed, I was 280, still no weight loss After Dieting Since July 1. ….
Then when I wake up this morning and the scale said 275.
HOW?
I got back on it about 5 times to be sure it wasnt mistaken! How do you loose 5 lbs while you sleep??? I dont have a TOM anymore so it is NOT that.
Well, if it still says 275 tonight, then I will be able to enter my first weight loss in my ticker! 5 lbs! YAY…well lets not celebrate too soon…LOL

Well, I notice that when my TOM is done it can take a couple of days after that for all the water weight to finally come off and then the scale starts showing real weight loss because all the water weight is all gone. Not to mention if you go to sleep just a tad bit hungry that your body will start eating your fat stored and you wake up a little bit lighter. I hope you get to put down your 5 pound loss! My fingers are crossed!
It could be water weight, it could also just be your weight fluctuating, its important not to weigh yourself everyday… if you see that 5 pounds jump up on you again, dont get discouraged, your body goes through ups and downs… but, good luck, and keep up the good work!!!
EVEN CRAZIER - my weight was up 7.5 lbs last night, so not only did the 5 lbs come back, so did 2.5 more!! Then the next morning the 5 was gone again…I can see fluctuating 2 or even 3 a day on rare occassion, but 5 and 7???
HOW??
If my body can fluctuate THAT much in 24 hours, how will I know when I have actually lost some weight? this is actually VERY discouraging.
What are the chances that your scale isn’t working accurately? Could this be a real possibility?
