A good balanced day
Well I like the way I ate today alot better than yesterday. Low cal diet feels alot easier, more natural, more healthy, to me (than low carb I tried yesterday). I ate less snacks today than previously too. And I only ate the 2 snacks when I was here at my Food Journal, and I suddenly realized I had only eat 1100 calories today! LOL- I thought, that means I can eat a few more calories and still loose! Well not a great theory I know, but hey…gimme a break! I am actually doing really good. I am getting ready to go swimming for 30 mins to an hour. And I said I wasnt going to exarcise at all when I began this diet July 1st! YAY for me
Any way I had abnout 60% carbs, 20% fat amd 25% protein. It felt good.
